What should I do with my content site?


I have a web property that generates 200k impressions on Google with about 3k click-through to various pages (monthly). I have no idea whether that is a lot or a little, and whether I should care about this number or maybe even try to monetize these clicks in some way. Can someone provide a reference point? Is it worth growing, and if so, what is the target where something interesting could happen? Thanks!

Gotta know what kind of content this is.

If it's a programming blog or an anime image board you could have 20M impressions and make 50 cents a month.

If you picked a topic at random from a list of topics you'd probably get one that monetizes pretty well. If you sampled a random person who's asking the question odds are they picked a topic which doesn't monetize well.
