How can I find a good team therapist to deal with internal conflicts?

Core team at the startup I&rsquo;m working at (I&rsquo;d consider them all friends) are having lots of conflicts that don&rsquo;t look like they&rsquo;re gonna get resolved on their own. Does anyone have recommendations on getting a team therapist or similar for dealing with this?
