What are some recurring web development pains that you've had?

Hi HN, I am currently sourcing ideas for an open source developer library or tool to tackle some ongoing/recurring problems that come up with web development. What are some problems that come up for you during development of websites/apps? Any particular pains with a particular frontend framework, devops, database, or server architecture?
