Software you love and wouldn't want to replace?

Foobar 2000. Just a clean, simple and yet still configurable player for music. Unpopular for many streaming users, but I still grab copies of music.

Keepass for Windows. A simple key manager. Perhaps not for enterprise because access rights management is basic, but I couldn't live without it anymore since it is so convenient. I think some 'fan' ported it to other systems.

edit: didn't read that you already mentioned Keepass. Yes, it is awesome.

As a hobby painter I wouldn't want to miss Krita and Blender ever again. Both made impressive developments in recent times and I laugh at our advertising department about the problems their "professional" and moderately creative cloud solutions cause.

On server side:

Gitea - just a round solution for my projects. honorable mention: Trac - A bit older, but I just like it.

Alfred on MacOS.

Lightroom + photoshop. (Not perfect but I have taken and processed over 100k photos and these have worked well for me)

Sublimetext. Git. Sublimemerge. Vscode.

Procreate on iPad.

Davinci resolve.

MacOS and iOS.

Docker + nitro. Craftcms. Rails. Stimulusjs. Dart-sass. Scss and mixins. Inverted triangle css methodology - ITCSS. Vuejs.

Slim-lang!! Why would anybody write html or even haml?

Basecamp!! promotes accountability, transparency and trust. incredibly well balanced for simplicity and clarity.

Ruby. Clojure.

Braid the game.

Transmit on macos.

Firefox developer edition. Pocket.

tmux. It's a terminal multiplexer, to deal with dozens of terminal tabs. It's like a tiling window manager, but only for your console.

Chrome/Chromium. Much has been said about the negatives of homogenization of the browser space, but the advantages are tangible; the web just works in Chrome, more than with any other browser engine.

SnagIT as a tool for creating screenshots and shot screencasts. It is just a shake there there is no Linux version jet :(

BlackBerry 10 ♥ - No other OS can replace it.
