Digital privacy law reading recommendations?

Question

HiDoes anyone have reading recommendations around privacy law? Namely:1. A review/history of law (around the world) regarding digital privacy.2.Implementation strategies. For example, how would I implement anonymization across multiple systems? What trade-offs can I make?I've on-off read articles, blog posts, legal text etc, so I'm looking for something with textbook-level breadth/depth.Thanks in advance!
