Poor Scroll Sensitivity in Linux Chrome vs. Windows – Help?

When using Chrome on Linux I have noticed the scroll sensitivity of Chrome to be lower than it is on Windows/MacOS and also other native Linux windows/browsers (like Firefox).

In the following videos, I do one mouse wheel increment then a mouse wheel flick.

Here is a video of Chrome (right) and Firefox (left) in Debian Wayland Gnome 41:

Here is a video of Chrome running in Windows:

You'll notice that in Windows, a single scroll increment in Chrome moves the viewport to the top of the second list item while under Linux it barely clears the title bar.

It appears that scroll sensitivity under linux is half that of Windows and inconsistent with that of other native Linux windows.

Anyone know how to fix this?
