What is your favorite piece of software?

SnagIt is a powerful screenshot software. I use it to capture almost anything I see; like for interesting websites, articles, text, etc.. IMO, image is underrated for capturing information since with image a lot is captured that is usually lost in text such as formatting, style, etc..
