How do you change all your 2FA to new number?

Hey HN, is there a service that finds all the apps and sites you have 2FA with your current phone and lets you change it to a different number (or even better, a temporary number)?I'll manually change all the ones I remember but sometimes there's the scarcely-used email address or account that you lose access to completely because of a forgotten 2FA switch.There's gotta be a better way by now right?

TOTP or U2F keys. Not linked to your phone, not vulnerable to scams (e.g. people taking over your phone number because they convinced a support employee that they own it). TOTP easily transferable, U2F not so much (by design).
