Hackers on a plane. learning while offline

hi, im freaking out (a bit) as im about to board a plane for 12 hours and would like to do something productive and non-boring aside of TV binging. i like interactive learning. do you know of a course i can practice while offline. i really want to dig deeper into powershell, for instance.
