Hello, I'm trying to get a better understanding of web3 (other than reading LinkedIn posts and comments on HN) What would be the best sources to learn from ? (article, books, interview, conference, podcast...)

What level of understanding and what do you mean by web3? If you mean web apps using Ethereum smart contracts like Uniswap (aka "dApps"), a good first step would be to learn how Ethereum works followed by learning the Solidity programming language (used for smart contract development).

I second Olalonde&rsquo;s recommendations on ethereum. I&rsquo;d also suggest rabbithole and web3university.Some of the vc&rsquo;s have been blogging a fair bit (a16z for example) if that&rsquo;s your thing.
