A good and thoughtful place to discuss cryptocurrencies?

In light of a recent comment: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=29949330 - is there a place on the Web where meaningful conversation happens with decently technical people about crypto ?

A well moderated place where at least common scams and "just buy $X" crypto threads are removed so some actual technical talk can happen or are we just lacking a "HN for crypto" ?

The only one I know so far is Vitalik's blog: https://vitalik.ca/ but not much else.
