What are you pissed about?

It pisses me off that hearing aids are so expensive in the US. The model that I wear costs around $3500 per ear. That's $7000 for both ears! I am "fortunate" (sarcasm) that I'm completely 100% deaf in one ear, and so I only need one hearing aid. Two would be insane.

And most insurance won't cover any of it. So people with worsening hearing have to settle for off-the-shelf models from Costco or something, and they're losing out on a lot of life from it.

I don't know how to fix this, but hearing is so important to having a vibrant and successful (and productive!) life that it rustles my jimmies that it's so prohibitively expensive...

I'm pissed that people who are clearly aware of the end results of corporate ownership of government still play the red vs blue game. It is exactly this deadlock of the citizenry that guarantees a weak government, subservient to the corporations.
