If it's only "it might be fun"... I really can't imagine that it is (I have experience with other low-code tools, not the ones you listed) but different people like different things. It also seems like a strange career choice to move towards a more locked-in environment that's specifically tied to some company and focus on technical skills that are less transferable. It doesn't look great to me unless there are some special circumstances that you haven't mentioned.
If it's to move away from management, why not go back to being an individual contributor in Java or some other programming language?
