How do you start a project that's bigger than just you?

I have ideas every now and then that could be little side projects, big side projects, or possibly start ups.Most of the times before, I've worked on the small side projects, by myself.I see that working on the bigger ones would be more fun and probably more profitable, but I need to find one or two extra people.Lately I've been having a bunch of ideas with web3, it kinda sparked more, and I don't want to do what I did before.So finally here's the question part.Where do I find people to discuss some of these ideas? Where do I find people to work with me? How to others here do this? How do you start a project you know it's bigger than just you?

Sorry if I'm stating the obvious, but find a way to make the project not be bigger than just you. Find a way to cut the scope down to something where you can provide value by yourself. Then once you've demonstrated value, you'll have a concrete artifact with which to attract attention and expand the scope with the help of others. Unless you have a very strong track record of achievement on your own, just discussing pie-in-the-sky vision documents is going to go nowhere.Think about it: if Linus had started with the aim of implementing Linux as it stands today, it would have seemed crazy and probably not gotten traction. Yet it exists, because he first implemented something that was a toy, but was just useful enough to get other people excited.

In this situation, naivety is your friend. Even if you eventually drown in the enormity of the project, you'll push your capacities to the limit and have some fond memories for it.I'm speaking from experience.

I&rsquo;ve also had web3 related ideas lately and I&rsquo;m exploring projects that are out there already and their discord channels&hellip; there are dao&rsquo;s with specific interests too. And there are tons of ppl on Twitter talking web3 but Twitter can be annoying&hellip;You could create your own DAO and like minded ppl could join and help?
