Now, i have few ideas which can solve various problem around a small village/city. I'm trying to take tech first approach because most of the people here use mobile/internet already.
What do you suggest i should do to create a small community online ? I mean i can develop an app/webiste but how do i approach people to tell them about my ideas ?
You could talk with people and tell them about your idea. It's a village or a small city, so it shouldn't be that hard to reach everyone.
