Do you like to work solo or with someone else on your side projects?

I'd like to work solo, because I think way faster than I communicate.

Often, the time spent on communicating could get job done.

It's also difficult to find collaborators who are on the same page. Often you need to spend time educating team members.

Collaboration and communication are unavoidable for large projects though. I therefore have to stay minimal for side projects.

My side projects have been solo endeavors but I think I would enjoy working with someone. It would be helpful if there were role definitions. I wish QAs were more interested in side projects.

For me, the involvement of another is a motivation amplifier. I sometimes pay people to work on my projects with me even if they contribute almost nothing.

I like to work solo and with someone else, but usually it's difficult get someone that work with pasión overall when there is not a secure salary or earnings.
