What are considered the goto papers for methane emissions for cows?
Is there any research that considers how much CO2 is actually captured by the cows (i.e. the grass traps the CO2 the cow eats the grass)? Also any research on whether or not cows prevent fires by eating grass? If they do isn't there some kind of opportunity cost to be realized?
The goto papers are actually about their methan emissions, not CO2. Havent seen notable ones about CO2.
