How should I use Twitter sans its algorithm?

Not sure if you are asking whether it's possible to use twitter sans algorithm or not but https://tweetdeck.twitter.com/ allows you to view things in purely timeline based fashion and never reverts back to the algorithmic view. Without it I would have abandoned twitter several years ago.
