Idea about automated tool to audit Jira board

I was just wondering if any tools existed to do automated audits of jira boards? Often I see poorly executed projects not follow really good Jira hygiene. Features I'm thinking would be for

1. checking story points

2. checking if comments are in stories if they are blocked

3. Checking if acceptance criteria is written

Would there be a demand for this in the market?
