What is the best video editing tool for Linux?

Kdenlive: https://kdenlive.org/

I'm using https://shotcut.org/ but I'm not sure it's the best. (I only make a short 10 minutes video every two months.)

I hear a lot of good things about blender, but I use Kdenlive.
