Which companies require non-competes?
I'm trying to find a new position but I would like to avoid companies that require non-compete clauses. I'm especially curious about FANNG (or whatever we call it now).
Hmmm I've seen it in crypto firms, particularly once you're higher up in the chain and already getting involved in the details of their internal systems. Particularly those with established businesses in multiple countries with a decent client base they dont wanna lose.
I saw Bloomberg Finance refer to it as MAANA on their business program last week.
