General Purpose Diagram Tool

What is a good general purpose diagramming tool? I have used Yed, Dia and Inkscape. I use Linux. Ideally it would have some support for electronic circuits and 3D printing as well as traditional flow diagrams. I realise it is unlikely to have everything but maybe there is something I missed.
