Whatever Happened to Adam Hinkley (Of Hotline Connect, KDX)

As it was asked back on HN in 2013 [0] and as it is being discussed between @0des and me now [1], does anyone know / have information about the software developer Adam Hinkley, creator of Hotline [2]?

I (and others) would love to know what he's been up to. Most sites related to him are down.

(and if Adam wishes to not be talked about online / be left alone, I respect that too of course. Reach out over email (in my profile) and I'll ask @dang to hide/kill this story) Cheers

Hotline was such a great moment in time. I downloaded my first mp3 from hotline, and remember chatting with people and browsing files and making connections being one of my first “the internet is incredible!” moments. I can still hear the _sounds_ of that app.

I hope Adam is well, whatever he’s up to.

Hopefully this pulls up something, a lot of us made a lot of great connections on HL networks, and some of us still use associated technologies today (KDX, etc). Bringing some closure to this would be much appreciated.
