Coders, what are your thoughts on YouTube's dislike removal?


When YouTube announced removing the dislikes, a lot of people argues that that people would stop complaining after they get used to it in a few days.

I don't think I will ever get used to it unfortunately. I often use YouTube to watch tutorials for various coding topics. Removing the dislikes has left me wasting a few minutes often because it's hard to judge low quality or unrelated tutorials.

Even troubleshooting Windows or other daily stuff is made very hard because of this.

What's your experience been?

Don’t care what other people like or dislike. I didn’t notice dislikes missing. If troubleshooting Windows is normal “daily stuff” you need to watch videos about that suggests a larger problem than YouTube dislikes.
