How do you manage time spent across the browser applications?

I am a startup founder, and we use a variety of applications for different areas. I spend quite some time tracking data every day, not adding time with the 2MFAs and separate password entries. Most of these applications stay logged in, but since I use the same machine for testing code pushes, I have to clear the cache from time to time.

Most of the time, I am looking for specific metrics across these applications, and if it's significant, I do deep-dives.

How do you keep track and be efficient across multiple applications?
