Why did HN logs me out of all devices?
From time to time, all my HN sessions, on all my devices are disconnected at the same time.
I'm curious if there is a technical reason for it or a "business rule"?
Apologies if this was asked before, I couldn't find a thread for it.
FYI: I have a HN page permanently open on every device I use and have never experienced the problem you mention.
I haven't had this happen, nor do I know anyone else that's had it. However, I have an HN tab always open on my phone; maybe that's it. Maybe something about your setup is triggering an HN bug?
Are you logging out on any of the devices? Because logging out of one session logs out of all sessions; this seems to be intended behaviour.
Probably to make noprocrast work.
