Best method to accept invoice payments online?

Quickbooks charges a maximum of $10 for ACH which is the best I've found.Their credit/debit card fee seems ridiculous though at 2.9%.Is there a less expensive option?

2.9% fee for credit cards is pretty standard. Cost of doing business as a merchant.
