If you want to try something with 2 MCUs instead of just 1, then go for the Keebio Iris. They just introduced pre-built an an option, and it probably won't be available for long.

The Kyria also has it's cult following, but the pre-builts are out of stock now.
If you're feeling adventurous, there's also the split boards from g Heavy Industries. Not sure where you're located, but my personal advice is to pay extra for upgraded shipping from them. USPS has done me wrong many times with my orders from them. In spite of that, the designs are very innovative, relative even to other split keyboard designs.
