What’s the best SEO software these days?

I’ve used Moz and Ahrefs, but both feel a bit dated. There’s SEMRush too — but all three of these big players in the space have been around for years, with seemingly little competition.

Are there any exciting new up-and-comers innovating in SEO software?

I use ahref, tried SEMrush and like it but seems 5x more expensive for the same stuff. And, the UI/UX is 10x more confusing.

I used Moz for 5 years but switched to AHREF about 1.5 years ago.

I've tried others but nothing beats ahref yet.

Mostly used Ahrefs so far, and tried SEMRush briefly. Ahrefs definitely feels better when it comes to KW research and analyzing competitor's websites.

The predictive type in Google search, along with "People also search." In a pinch I use Google Trends.

Moz, WebCEO, Screaming Frog

What are your goals and what tool can help you achieve them?

ubersuggest has a good backlink and keyword volume database for its price. But ahrefs is still the most comprehensive (just expensive).

Buzzstream and Majestic.
