Going for a senior PM role.
Salary range given is 150-200: I’m aiming for 170+.
Sign up bonus: didn’t specific amount but will aim for 20-40k, pending salary.
Performance bonus: aiming for 20%
What I’m not sure about is equity. Given this is not FANNG. I’ve seen some crazy amount of grant - 80-100/yr on level. But not sure what’s a good amount for this kind of startup is like.
Looking for advice on equity as well as other parts of the offer.
