What tool do you use for writing notes?

can't carry a notebook with me at all time, notes app doesn;t work on laptop. I don't like Evernotes and Notion

On my Android phone I just use Keep. For notes on the laptop, I've been trying out Obsidian and it's been working pretty well so far.
