Are there proxy credit cards?

I don't know if this exists or is even possible, but it would be great to have proxy credit cards that I can enter for things like recurring payments so that I can set it to forward payments to my credit card.

This way if I ever need to change my credit card I can just change it once rather than having to update my card info for each service (the proxy card remains unaffected).

Another usecase would be for viewing all the subscriptions in one place and being able to cancel them (block them) there, or set payment to something other than the primary card for a specific subscriptions.
