Does DARPA have a show and tell?

I think there is still a lot of elbow rubbing with DARPA funding. SBIR and STTR are the main avenues. You can often get one written such that you'd most likely win a contract, if you know the right people and have talked with them about the idea previously. So I hear anyhow
