How do you find subliminal messages in audio?

I have this audio file that claims: "Compared to regular audio, the subliminal affirmation messages are recorded at many different frequencies and volumes, therefore you will be unable to hear the messages consciously."

Using audacity:

And tried changing the Pitch up and down but can't find the messages. Is there a technique for this?
