I’ll also be learning more tech to stay relevant and hopefully be an attractive candidate if I ever get bored of what I’m doing now. (I write code every day but not in any well known language) I’d like to be able to quick jump into contracting if I had to in something like Django/python.

Personally I like the final 2 months of the year and the Christmas downtime is a great opportunity to reflect on the previous year and set some goals for the next.
For life... 1. Covid immunity. 2. Grow your own food. 3. Live far from large cities. 5. Shoot and gun maintenance.
For tech... 1. Design patterns and data structures. 2. Big Data analysis 3. Machine Learning 4. Container orchestration 5. Rust
