Business opportunities arising from return to "normal" social activity?

In Australia we are emerging from lockdown to 80% - 90% double vaccination rate.

Hopefully this means a return to something like normal life.

That's got me thinking - societal change represents opportunity.

I wonder what new economic niches are now available with this return?

I wonder what economic niches were perhaps abandoned during pandemic and are now available to new entrants.

Has anyone else here on HN been thinking in this direction?
