What would be a reliable hosting option for a website serving 100TB a month of outbound traffic (besides AWS)?

Most major VPS providers can do this. Bandwidth may even be cheaper than AWS on most of them unless one is comparing strictly to S3 and static content. Is this static content? Can you describe your use-case in more detail?

I&rsquo;ve used https://www.100tb.com before as a CDN no problems, there are similar companies like them such as Hetzner too.

Any dedicated server with a 1 Gbps connection will probably do, but it depends on your tech stack.
