Facebook's namechange to 'Meta' Effect on codebases/online presence?

Will the entirety of codebases on github etc.. go through a refactor and change all symbols to 'meta'? this seems like an impossible/enormous task.

for instance, right now on github , we have https://github.com/facebook/react... will this move to the 'meta' namespace etc..

By the way... https://github.com/meta Is already taken by an individual person... Will facebook somehow pay him 10 Million dollars to legally give up that url? how is this going to work... are there legal actions in place to wrest important online presence accounts like that from individuals and place them in corporations hands?
