Best neobank with great API / Marketplace

I am based in EU so bonus points for the ones operating in EU, but I guess we can share those globally.

I can access my traditional banks data using Nordigen [0], but I am curious if anyone is going marketplace route.

I guess if we could have sandboxed access to run our code on banks infrastructure, we could come up with some interesting use cases.

One example: Read emails from gmail using their api, check amount due for my bills and automaticly pay them.

Is this possible today anywhere in the world?
