Are there any websites that act as survival guides?

I thought it would be cool to build a website that acts as a survival guide for people that are trapped in a rough situation and don't have any way out. If they can somehow reach the site then it will train them and teach them and help them escape their plight.

Do you know of a site like this?

I am trying to think of what the site should do when the user first visits. Seems like it should give options:

a) I'm in danger now, help!

b) I'm safe now, what should I learn?
