Should I get 14“ or 16” MBP for coding?

Depends what you are doing. Is it portable or sitting on a desk? I have both a 13"(my personal device) and a 16" (work provided device). I would choose the 13 over the 16 any day. I absolutely hate lugging the 16 around. It's just way too massive.

Now if it's gonna sit on your desk and not move, 16 is probably fine and could buy you some screen real estate. That being said, if it's on your desk, you probably have an external monitor so real estate is not really an issue.

In the end, your choice. My preference is smaller over larger.
