What word/phrase in a job description makes you reject it immediately?

* Any description mentioning the words ”guru”, ”rockstar", "ninja" or "10x"

* Any job ad that goes in-depth about what you will do and what the requirements are but mentions nothing about what's in it for you.

When the recruiter mixes up tools, technologies & domains/fields in one sentence, e.g. "Must be expert in Google Analytics, Machine Learning, Web Tracking with Analytics Tags Implementation" - A big red flag for me. Burn-out preprogrammed

Something akin to: "mandatory travelling/flexible work location." Not only for reasons of me having to travel but also for being a pointer to a non-remote friendly and probably outdated work culture.
