What are some tough problems that need to be solved?
Ideally problems centered around technology or hard sciences, but I wouldn't reject other problem spaces.
IPv6 adoption. As more and more Internet facing devices are manufactured and deployed, available IPv4 addresses will become increasingly scarce and expensive. A surprising number of popular sites still have no IPv6 support (Reddit, Twitter, Amazon, Twitch, etc).
