Tamil will, as all small local languages, soon be a dead language. The last users will be old people that didn't (or couldn't) keep up with the rest of the world.
The rest of the world will communicate in one or more of the popular languages as spoken on the Internet: English, Spanish, Chinese, Russian. The rest will be forgotten history in a few decades.
