How many context switches do you do in average per day?

I feel average is not meaningful for me as I have 2 types of days; focused (1-3) and scattered (10+). My goal is to have 3-4 focused days per week and group all the scattered type stuff on the same 1-2 days of the week. This is my current setup, I've had this completely inverted at times

At what scale? Work-wise, 7-12 a day depending on each individual project/activity's pace.

I'd estimate more than a dozen, less than two dozen.
