What frameworks and systems can I follow to deal with my ADHD and function normally?
I would suggest neurofeedback, biofeedback, and/or neuromodulation, if you do not feel comfortable medicating. I can tell you from experience, the drugs can turn you into a zombie with static emotions, but it's not the same for everyone. The mind-body interface is capable of being reprogrammed, and coping techniques can make it possible to live a healthy, happy life with ADHD. Another word of encouragement, do not look at this as a disorder, or disease. It can be crippling to look down on your own mental function as "not normal". Seeking methods to help you change how your cognition and behavior affects your life can also be taxing on ones self esteem. You are not "abnormal" or "disordered", just wired a little different. Good luck.
