Longest you've waited for a job offer?
I'm at 4 months, feels like it's been an eternity. Already denied an offer along the way while I hold out. Yes, the position is worth it but the waiting has been killing me.
Never waited for four months. Maybe two weeks at the most. Any longer than 2-3 weeks I’d either move on or try to find out if there’s some snag or if they aren’t going to make an offer.
Silence means lack of interest. If they wanted to hire you, it would be in their best interest to make an offer quickly.
