Do USB-C cables without data channel exist?

Before USB-C there were many USB-cables that had no data-connection. This can be a security feature against hardware attacks.

I've searched for USB-C without data but I haven't found anything yet.

One could block D+/- on a USB-A to USB-C cable of course, but I wonder if commercially available USB-C to USB-C cables don't exist at all.

An adapter for public charging etc. would be a nice gadget for next christmas. Go nuts, product creators! :D
