Did Facebook delete a lot of evidence yesterday during 'the outage'?
Serious question.
I thought this as well and it seems plausible. Another idea was brought up that it was a 'let the world know' what life without the social media giant's monopolistic apps would be like. Thus, theoretically helping slow down, the "delete Facebook" movement, that has no doubt gained ground again now that they are being called out for their illegal and immoral activities.
I was gonna ask "why would you need an outage for that?" until I remembered stories that people's keycards and internal networking were all down too. Interesting, is there some internal logging that would be down as well? But data deletion is detectable in other ways no?
Internal sabotage. Lot of people inside want to burn the place down.
