Need Career Advice, where to go from Senior Fullstack engineer?

Obviously I could always join FAANGxyz? But in general sense where do you go from sr fullstack developer. It seems in general market you hit a ceiling at 160k-200k. What are parallel roles you could jump into or some specializations which would considerably improve your chances.....- Get an MBA from TOP 10 schools and go into management of some sort- Wait and become an engineering manager- Get PHD in machine learning- Try jumping into consulting, product management, or something else?- Start some business?
